DO-NOT-TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL SIGNALS

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

California regulations require businesses to disclose whether they honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. HOW DO WE HANDLE SOCIAL LOGINS?

IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), please note that the United States may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. General retention periods are as follows:

       Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request, subject to legal hold requirements.

       Transaction and payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

       Communications and support records: Retained for 3 years following resolution.

       Analytics and usage data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 24 months.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to such minor's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data.
