REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

OVERVIEW

Dans Money Media Inc., operating under the trade names "The MoneyMan," "The Money Man Report," and "The Money Man Institute" (collectively, "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), has established this Refund & Cancellation Policy to clearly communicate the terms applicable to all purchases made through our website and Services. Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.

ONE-TIME DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES

All sales of one-time digital products are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediately accessible and consumable nature of digital content — including but not limited to e-books, courses, downloadable reports, guides, templates, videos, and other digital media — we do not issue refunds once a purchase has been completed and access has been delivered.

Exceptions to this policy will only be made in the following circumstances:

       You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.

       You did not receive access to the purchased product within 48 hours of purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

       The product delivered was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

To request an exception review, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at [email protected] or 305-877-3313 with your order confirmation and a description of the issue.

SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICES

The following terms apply to all subscription products, including but not limited to recurring newsletter subscriptions, membership programs, and access plans offered under The MoneyMan, The Money Man Report, or The Money Man Institute:

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or 305-877-3313. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Services through the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation effective date.

Refunds on Subscription Fees:

Subscription fees are non-refundable for any partial billing period already paid. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of that period, after which it terminates.

Free Trials:

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You must cancel before the trial expiration date to avoid being charged. Trial terms will be disclosed at the time of sign-up.

Annual Subscriptions:

If you purchase an annual subscription and request cancellation within 7 days of the initial purchase date (and have not consumed more than one (1) month of access), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for any refund.

CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

       Immediate termination of your account and access to all Services.

       Being permanently banned from future purchases.

       Referral to collections for recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees.

To resolve a billing dispute, contact us at [email protected] or 305-877-3313 within 30 days of the charge. We will review your inquiry and respond within 5 business days.

PRICING ERRORS AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

If you believe you have been charged in error or have identified an unauthorized charge, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will refund any amounts charged in excess of the agreed purchase price.

TAXES

All refunds, if issued, will be for the product or service price only. Sales taxes are administered by tax authorities and may or may not be refundable depending on your jurisdiction. We will provide documentation of any refunded transaction upon request.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. For subscription customers, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before any material change to this Policy affects your existing subscription.
